Instrument Pickup

If you have a child(ren) who will be studying an instrument during the current 2020-2021 academic year, please make plans to pick up your child's instrument according to the following schedule:
Monday, October 5, 2020 / GRADE 6 only!
10 - 11AM: Woodwinds
11AM - 12PM: Brass
12PM -1PM: Strings
Tuesday, October 6, 2020 / GRADES 7 - 8 only!
10 - 11AM: Woodwinds
11AM - 12PM: Brass
12PM -1PM: Strings
If you have multiple children (different grades and/or different instruments), it is fine to choose a matching slot and just request the additional grade / instrument once you are here.
Pickup location will be the rear door of the school. This door is accessed by coming down Pleasant Place to the staff parking lot. Instrument teachers (Mr. Babecka, Mr. Talley, and Mr. Brady) will be present to facilitate the distribution of instruments.
As always during these times, please use a face covering / mask and follow all social distancing protocols.
Si tiene un@ hij@(s) que estudiará un instrumento durante el año académico actual 2020-2021, por favor haga planes para recoger el instrumento de su hij@ de acuerdo con el siguiente horario:
Lunes 5 de octubre de 2020 / ¡GRADO 6 solamente!

11AM - 12PM: Latón (trompetas, trombones)
12PM -1PM: Cuerdas
Martes, 6 de octubre de 2020 / GRADOS 7 - 8 solamente!

Si tiene varios hijos (diferentes grados y / o diferentes instrumentos), está bien elegir un espacio que coincida y simplemente solicitar el grado / instrumento adicional una vez que esté aquí.
El lugar de recogida será la puerta trasera de la escuela. Se accede a esta puerta bajando por Pleasant Place hasta el estacionamiento del personal de Amigos. Los maestros de instrumentos (Sr. Babecka, Sr. Talley y Sr. Brady) estarán presentes para facilitar la distribución de instrumentos.
Como siempre durante estos momentos, utilice una máscara / cubrición facial y siga todos los protocolos de distanciamiento social.
