All students at Graham & Parks have the benefit of our Whole School Support Programs:
Student Support Team (SST)
Composed of principal, assistant principal, school psychologist, nurse, and school social worker. This team meets weekly and uses a case study method for individual students and their families who are having social and emotional difficulties.
Excel Tutoring
Excel Tutoring is offered to students who are two or more grade levels below benchmark. Tutoring is offered two times a week, after school. The late bus is available.
The Student Intervention Team (SIT)
The Student Intervention Team (SIT) process is a general education process that provides a way for teachers to consult with regular education, Special Education, and Multilingual Learner teachers. A teacher refers a student to the team and the team comes together to set short term goals and develop an intervention plan for students to be able to reach goals. The team reconvenes after a set period of time to assess progress and the process continues as needed.
