Fundraising for 8th Grade Trip to NYC

This past Saturday the 8th grade parents and students held a very successful ‘yard sale’ in the gymtorium and raised money toward the end of the year 8th grade trip to New York City. Many of our families contributed to the event, donating toys, clothes, books, shoes, and kitchenware to the array of items for sale.
Kudos to Suzanne Shaw and all of the 8th grade parents and students who put in hours of work to organize and carry out this grand event. Thanks as well to our families and community members who passed by and picked up those ‘used’ or ‘new’ items that were just too difficult to pass up.
